Each question covers a rule the site documents in full. Pick an answer, then choose See results to score yourself and get the guide for anything you missed. The quiz stores nothing and names no offers.
Questions
Is this graded or saved anywhere?
No. It runs entirely in your browser and keeps no record. Refreshing the page resets it.
Where do the answers come from?
Every answer is explained in a linked guide, from the Chase 5/24 rule to downgrading a card.
How to read your result
The five questions are a rough gate, not a score. They check the four things that actually stop people: whether your credit profile can absorb new accounts, whether you can cover a minimum spend without manufacturing it, whether you have a redemption in mind, and whether you will track what you open.
If the result says you are ready, the next step is application order, not a specific card. Chase 5/24 is the constraint that decides sequence for most people, because once you pass five new accounts in 24 months the best Chase cards close to you and stay closed for a while. Read the 5/24 rule before you apply for anything, then use the application order planner.
If the result says wait, the usual reason is minimum spend or an upcoming loan. Neither is permanent. A mortgage or auto application in the next six months is a genuine reason to pause, and the mortgage guide covers why.
