What to send

Corrections. A rule changed, a partner left, a number went stale. These get priority over everything else, and we credit fixes when you want the credit.

Data points. Approvals, denials, retention offers, pop-up outcomes. The hobby runs on shared evidence, and reports with dates and rough profiles (score band, card count) are the useful kind.

Questions. We read everything; we answer what we can. Questions that several readers ask tend to become sections in the guides.

What not to send

Anything with full card numbers or account numbers in it, offers to buy links or placements, and requests for personal financial advice, which we are not licensed to give and will decline kindly.

Response time is typically a few days. Corrections move faster.

What to send

Corrections get priority. If a fee, an earn rate, a transfer ratio, or a rule on any page is wrong or out of date, send the page and the specific figure and I will check it against the issuer terms and update it. Every guide carries a date for exactly this reason, and reader corrections are the fastest way stale numbers get caught.

Questions about how something works are welcome too. Application rules, transfer mechanics, why a redemption prices the way it does, that sort of thing.

What I cannot help with

I do not give personal financial advice, and I will not tell you which card to apply for based on your situation. I am not a financial advisor, and a stranger reading a few sentences about your finances is not a good basis for a recommendation. The guides lay out the math so you can run it against your own numbers.

I also cannot help with anything on your actual account. Disputes, fraud, retention offers, and application decisions all have to go through the issuer directly.

For how figures are sourced and updated, see the editorial standards.
